Citizens Against AIPAC Corruption

FAQ

We get the same questions daily – from voters, journalists, and the politicians we call out. Here are the receipts, policy frameworks, and compliance answers you need to stay laser-focused on defeating AIPAC's agenda.

Why focus on AIPAC?

Because AIPAC is the foreign-influence lobby spending more than any other to buy U.S. policy on Gaza. Their money blocks ceasefires, funds genocide, and props up politicians who would otherwise crumble.

Where does your data come from?

We access and analyze Federal Election Commission filings, OpenSecrets.org datasets, and real-time monitoring of bundled contributions. Every claim we publish can be traced to source documents.

Is CAAC partisan?

We are anti-genocide. AIPAC bankrolls Republicans and Democrats. If you take AIPAC money, we’re your opposition, from the primary to the general election.

How do pledge counts work?

Every voter pledge is verified against voter files. When we reach critical mass in a district, we deliver the numbers to press, allied PACs, and local organizers. Candidate pledges trigger a public announcement and joint escalation plan.

How do donations get used?

We split funds across three lanes: investigative research, rapid-response digital operations, and independent expenditure programs that back AIPAC-free candidates. We publish expenditure summaries every quarter.

Do you coordinate with campaigns?

It depends - CAAC operates as a hybrid (Carey) PAC with two legally separate accounts and fundraising streams. Our traditional PAC side can coordinate with candidates and make direct contributions within federal limits - this coordination is fully legally compliant and disclosed. Our independent expenditure (Super PAC) side accepts unlimited contributions but operates behind a strict legal firewall: staff working on independent expenditures cannot coordinate, communicate, or share strategy with candidates or anyone coordinating with them. The firewall ensures that unlimited Super PAC funds never mix with coordinated activity. We may collaborate with other independent groups on the IE side.
